Store Manager for PrestaShop v.2.62.0.2331 – Automated Order Export

Great news for the PrestaShop users!

We’ve just released a new version of Store Manager for PrestaShop and are excited to tell you about a new feature and some improvements and fixes.

Feature:

Automated order export has been added. The advantage of the new option is that you can specify the export settings just once and get order info exported multiple times automatically. To access the new option, go to Addons > Automated Export and choose Automated Orders Export in the drop-down list:

There are several options on the toolbar that you can use to set up automated orders export:

• Create or modify export configuration – this option launches orders export wizard where you can specify export settings and save them as a configuration.
• Export configuration – here you can choose an earlier created configuration from the drop-down list.
• Run export – by clicking this icon you will start orders export.
• Add current export to scheduler — clicking this option will open a window where you can set up the schedule to start export later:


• Show scheduled tasks – this option will take you to the scheduled tasks list.

Improvements:

• New Amazon Integration v.1.4.0.359 has been released. It includes the functionality to send messages to the customers from the Order Management section.


• In the Orders grid, a column to show the shop where an order was created has been added.


• In the Product Import Wizard, on the Preview Import Data step it is now possible to specify the final row in the import file.


• In the Orders Export Wizard, a new Date range filter has been added on the Export Options step.


• For the stores with many products, the speed of displaying all products in the grid has been optimized for Bridge connection.

Fixes:

• Earlier, when cloning an order with the orders from all shops reflected in the grid (All shops view), the order was cloned to the first shop in the list. Now, the order is cloned to the shop where it was created.


• An inconvenience, when a product was moved to another category and its position wasn’t set has been eliminated. Now, the product position is incremented regarding the last position in the category.


• An issue with editing a product in the grid with existing multi stores has been fixed.


• The preview of the file imported through http protocol didn’t work if the option “Use Server Name Indication” was checked in the connection settings. This inconvenience has been eliminated.


• During orders import, the macro [FIELD_VALUE] didn’t work for a quantity field with 0 value. This issue has been resolved.
