The Upgrade Service allows you to change the license type from Store Manager for PrestaShop Standard Edition to a more powerful Professional Edition.

Note: With the Upgrade Service you will receive a new license key for the Professional Edition. The previous license key for the Standard Edition will be disabled. You will then need to reinstall Store Manager for PrestaShop Professional Edition and register it with the new key.

If you purchased the Upgrade Service under the same email as your current Store Manager Edition, the new software license will be recognized during the reinstallation and the software edition will be upgraded automatically.

The Upgrade Service allows you to change the type of license from Professional Edition to Business Pack with extra Professional licenses (in total: 4 seats + 4 Addons + 4 hours of tech assistance).


Note: With the Upgrade Service you receive 2 License Keys for the Additional licenses and 4 for the addons. The previous License Keys of PRO pack will keep working. There’s no need to reinstall Store Manager for PrestaShop Professional Edition.

How to know how many licenses you need:

If you have three computers (home, work PC and laptop), you need to order one Primary License and two Additional Licenses.

Thus, to be able using Store Manager for PrestaShop on more than 1 computer you need to order an Additional License for each computer.

The Update Service allows you to download new versions of Store Manager. If your update service has expired you can prolong it here
